The user undertakes, granting Autori srl the fullest indemnity, to use the site and any service provided or content transmitted solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all terms of use specified anywhere on the site, with the user remaining fully liable for any responsibility arising from any unlawful use and/or from the breach of any applicable law.

The user is prohibited from any form of exploitation of the website, including any form of reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution or sale, unless otherwise stated and/or authorised in writing by Autori srl.

Warranties and Liability.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Autori srl offers no specific warranty regarding the results expected, hoped for or obtained through the use of the site. Within the limits set by article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, users declare and warrant that they will hold Autori srl harmless and indemnify it against any obligation to pay damages, including legal costs, that may arise against them in connection with the use or non-use of the site. Furthermore, Autori srl cannot in any way be held liable for customer dissatisfaction regarding the composition and scale of the patterns and the colour shades configured on the swimsuit (through the configurator) by the user at the time of purchase, as this may depend on the customer's monitor settings, colour settings and other video devices. The customer may return products within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions set out in the Refund policy.

Intellectual and Industrial Property.
All site content is the sole and exclusive property of Autori Srl, as is the Boneswimmer trademark, the sole and exclusive property of Autori srl, Via Alfredo Cappellini 18 - 21013 GALLARATE (VA), Tel. +390331780778, email: info@boneswimmer.it - VAT no. 02131370021. All content is protected by the national and international laws in force on the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.

Protection of personal data on the site.
